Human Resources (HR) Staff Job Responsibilities Assist in managing employee attendance records and support payroll administration, including overtime calculations. Support the preparation of periodic HR reports and data analysis. Coordinate employee asset administration (e.g., laptops), including tracking and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes. Support recruitment processes to fulfil manpower requirements. Assist in the implementation of HR programs, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives at site. Ensure HR administrative processes comply with applicable labor regulations and company policies. Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and site management. Job Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; internship or organizational experience in HR is a plus. Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR administration. Familiarity with payroll administration and overtime calculations is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks accurately. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
